Quality Policy

Laboratorium Analiz Chemicznych Spark-Lab Sp. z o.o. is a private service company that carries out research and development work in the pharmaceutical, chemical and cosmetic sectors. The company undertakes to comply with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 standard and to continuously improve the Quality Management System, with particular attention to the requirements of our Clients. Moreover, the management of Laboratorium Spark-Lab Sp. z o.o. and the team of its employees declare the compliance with this Quality Policy.

 

The overriding goals of the Laboratory are:

• building a company based on knowledge and experience,
• maintaining the reliability of the Laboratory,
• striving to cooperate more closely with Clients in order to better understand their needs,
• obtaining a positive economic result and expansion in both the domestic and foreign market.

The overriding goals are accomplished by:

• organizing regular training sessions for the staff to improve the qualifications of the employees,
• making the staff more aware of providing the quality of services,
• constantly improving the quality assurance processes and system,
• carrying out the entrusted tasks consciously and carefully, with due precision and accuracy.
